This is a beautiful 2 piece plus size Civil War gown.

It is made from a wine colored cotton, mixed with a Homespun cotton plaid of navy, natural and wine. It is accented with cotton crochet lace and wood buttons.

The bodice has a lovely jewel neckline with pagoda styled sleeves. It has a square peplum, which gracefully over the skirt. The bodice is fully lined and has Matching wooden buttons down the front for closure. The pagoda sleeves have two rows of matching cotton lace. The hemline has a single row of lace. The front has 2 rows of lace.

The skirt is 180 inches around and has been hand pleated onto a matching waistband. It has been hemmed to approximately 44 inches long.

The gown, itself, measures waist of 42 inches with a bust of 50 inches
