This is a 2 piece Civil War dress/gown. It has basic styling that can be dressed up with collars, cuffs, or a belt. It can also be dressed down with an apron to look more like a work gown.

I’m sorry ladies about the fit. It is a little too big for dummy, so it is throwing off the diamond placement.

It is a 100% cotton, a tonal red vine pattern with a black braid in a diamond design. The braid is a cotton blend black scroll braid. M It has gold metal down the front. It is 100% cotton.

The bodice has a lovely jewel neckline with dropped shoulders and pagoda styled sleeves. It 4 darts in front with princess seams in the back, for the perfect fit. It is fully lined and closes down the front with fabric covered buttons. The hemline has been hand finished. The pagoda sleeves have a diamond design of fancy braid.

The skirt is a full 180 inches around and has been hemmed to approximately 44 inches. It has been hand pleated onto a matching waistband and closes in the back with hooks and eyes. It is accented with 4 diamonds in matching braid and along the hemline.

The gown, itself, measures waist of 52 inches with a bust of 60 inches
