It is a made of 100% silk taffeta. It is a wonderful stripe of greens, deep reds, and golds. It is accented with a matching looped fringe. It as a huge skirt, which is 240 inches around.

The day dress bodice has a lovely, jewel neckline with dropped shoulders and wide pagoda styled sleeves. It 4 darts in front with princess seams in the back, for the perfect fit. It has a pointed hemline in front and back. It is fully lined and closes down the front with hidden hooks and eyes.

The bodice front and back are accented with looped fringe, as is the hemline of the bodice. The sleeves have 2 rows of matching braid, one at the sleeve opening and one row around the upper arm.

The skirt is a full 240 inches around and has been hemmed to approximately 44 inches. It has been hand pleated onto a matching waistband and closes with hooks and eyes. It has been accented with the same, braided fringe, which is done in a wide zig-zag pattern to follow the deep v-shaped hemline.

The gown, itself, measures: waist of 26 inches with a bust of 34 inches
