Rust Tonal Vines and Leaf Patterned Civil War Carriage Dress 40

This 2 piece gown is made of 100% cotton fabric, in a tonal rust of vines and leaves. It is accented with black Venice lace, black scroll braid and black fabric covered buttons. It has a 400 inch dust ruffle!

Please excuse the fit. This gown is a little too large for her.

The carriage styled bodice has a lovely jewel neckline with dropped shoulders and open pagoda styled sleeves. It has pendant styled sleeve jockeys that hang gracefully over the sleeves. It 4 darts in front with princess seams in the back, for the perfect fit. It is fully lined and closes down the front with black fabric covered buttons. The hemline has been accented with black scroll braid. It has open pagoda sleeves and sleeve jockeys with a black tassel that hangs gracefully over sleeves. The open sleeves anre anccented with black Venice lace and jockeys have been accented with matching black braid.

The skirt is a full 200 inches around with an 400 inch dust ruffle. It is accented with a row of black scroll braid at the top of the ruffle. It has been hemmed to approximately 44 inches. It has been hand pleated onto a matching waistband and closes in the back with hooks and eyes.

The gown, itself, measures waist of 40 inches with a bust of 48 inches.
