This 2 piece ensemble is made of a queens turquoise, tonal leaf and vine cotton fabric. It is accented with black scroll braid and matching black fabric covered buttons.

The bodice has a lovely square neckline with pagoda styled sleeves, which are accented with 2 rows of black scroll braid. It has a slight peplum effect to the hemline that hangs gracefully over the skirt. The pleated trim starts at the back neckline, runs down the front, and around the hem. . The trim in front creates the appearance of a faux vest. It closes in the front with matching buttons. It is fully lined.

The skirt is a full 180 inches around. It is handpleated onto a matching waistband and closes with hooks and eyes.it has 2 rows of matching two toned black scroll braid. It is hemmed to about 44 inches and was hand hemmed.

The gown, itself, measures waist: 46 inches with a bust of 52 inches
