It is a 100% cotton in a rich purple background with leaves and vines in lighter purple. It has silver metal buttons down the front. It is 100% cotton.

The bodice has a lovely jewel neckline with dropped shoulders and pagoda styled sleeves. It 4 darts in front with princess seams in the back, for the perfect fit. It is fully lined and closes down the front with silver metal buttons. The hemline and sleeves have been hand finished.

The skirt is a full 225 inches around and has been hand hemmed to approximately 44 inches. It has been hand pleated onto a matching waistband and closes in the back with hooks and eyes.

The gown, itself, measures waist of 56 inches with a bust of 64 inches.
