This 2 piece ensemble is made of a golden, tonal leaf and vine cotton fabric. It is accented with pleated brown Grosgrain ribbon and matching wood buttons.

The bodice has a lovely square neckline with pagoda styled sleeves, which are accented with 2 rows of matching brown scroll braid. . It has a slight peplum effect to the hemline that hangs gracefully over the skirt. The pleated trim starts at the back neckline, runs down the front, and around the hem. . The trim in front creates the appearance of a faux vest. It closes in the front with matching buttons. It is fully lined.

The skirt is a full 220 inches around. It is handpleated onto a matching waistband and closes with hooks and eyes.it has a row of matching pleated ribbon. It starts at the side front waistband, runs toward the hemline, around the back of the skirt, and back up to the waistband. It is hemmed to about 44 inches and was hand hemmed.

The gown, itself, measures waist: 58 inches with a bust of 66 inches
