Navy Cipped Dot or some call Dobby Cotton

It is a loose fitting blouse with a banded bottom. It has a jewel neckline with dropped shoulders. It has full, gathered sleeves. It has a banded band at the hemline, where the bodice is gathered onto. It is accented and closes with mother of Pearl buttons.

The skirt is a full 180 inches around. It has been pleated onto a matching waistband and closes with a hook and eye closure. It has been hemmed to approximately 44 inches.

The waist is 42 inches with a bust of 48 inches.
