It has basic styling that can be dressed up with collars, cuffs, or a belt. It can also be dressed down with an apron to look more like a work gown in the South during the war.

It is a 100% cotton in shades of darker green in a vine pattern. It is accented with a navy Medici waistband and black traveling pendants. The pendants are trimmed with with matching green gimp braid accents. It is 100% Cotton. It has navy fabric covered buttons down the front. It is accented with green gimp braid.

The bodice has a lovely jewel neckline with dropped shoulders and pagoda styled sleeves. It 4 darts in front with princess seams in the back, for the perfect fit. It is fully lined and closes down the front with mother of black fabric covered buttons. The pagoda styled sleeves have 2 rows of navy gimp braid. The hemline has been hand finished.

The skirt is a full 180 inches around and has been hand hemmed to approximately 44 inches. It has a pair of pendants in navy cotton, accented with green gimp braid. It has a Medici styled waistband, which has been hand finished. It has been hand pleated onto a matching waistband and closes in the back with hooks and eyes.

The gown, itself, measures waist of 36 inches with a bust of 44 inches.
