his is a 2 piece Civil War dress/gown.

It is beautiful tartan plaid of blue and green. It is accented with a navy bodice that has handpleated tangerine grosgrain ribbon. It is accented mother of Pearl buttons.

The bodice has a lovely jewel neckline with dropped shoulders and Pagoda styled sleeves. It 4 darts in front with princess seams in the back, for the perfect fit. It is fully lined and closes down the front with mother of Pearl buttons. The hemline has been hand finished. The sleeves have a diamond design of matching ribbon, as does the bodice.

The skirt is a extra full 180inches around and has been hemmed to approximately 44 inches. It has been hand pleated onto a matching waistband and closes in the back with hooks and eyes.

The gown, itself, measures waist of 32 inches with a bust of 40 inches .
